Within the dairy drinks industry no Protein enriched products existed targeting a mainstream everyday active consumer.
The brands on the market were focussed on functionality and as such compromised on taste.
The Shaken Udder team spotted this category gap and used their expertise to create a protein milkshake that actually tastes great.
Stretching the brand into this new area would open up consumption occasions for regular customers and bring a new audience to the brand.

A range of two confident, premium products delivering terrific standout at shelf.
The new bottle shape, bold and simplified brand presentation and large PROTEIN message clearly differentiate from the core range.
The wavy lines at the base of the pack lead the eye toward the tasty flavour cues which overlap and reveal the natural product colours and textures.
Shaken Udder Protein launched two SKUs directly in Sainsbury’s stores and online.
